Joe has over 22 years of real estate sales, investing and marketing experience; working full-time as a Broker since 2002. He believes that knowledge and experience is the key in being able to best help clients buy or sell their homes and accomplish their goals. 

Since 2004, Joe has received numerous awards; including RE/MAX Hall of Fame, President's Club, 100% Club, and Platinum Club as well as Allen Tate Winner’s Circle and Monthly Top Performer status, putting him in the top 2% of all Realtors® nationwide. Recently, Joe has achieved Allen Tate Luxury Agent status as well as certification in the prestigious Allen Tate Relocation program.

In 2021, Joe and his wife (and business partner), Bobbi, relocated from Chicago to Charlotte to join Allen Tate Realtors® - South Charlotte - Ballantyne.  Together, they work closely serving their Buyer and Seller clients, specializing in upscale properties throughout the greater Charlotte/SC region, including single-family homes, condominiums, investment properties and residential land development.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, Joe was a member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange, where he started his career as an options trader, specializing in S&P 100 Index Options. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Joe is an avid swimmer and road cyclist. He is a regular participant in the Lymphoma & Leukemia Society's Scenic Shore 150 Mile Ride as well as a meals on wheels volunteer for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Loaves & Fishes organization.
