If necessary, photographs may be touched up or “staged” to improve the image. With the use of social marketing and paid advertising, your photos will be posted and promoted throughout your target area.

Matterport 3D Camera - Virtual Tours

By enabling prospective buyers to view your home in 3D, we will help your home stand out from the competition and provide a remote showing that is not possible with standard photography. With a 3D virtual tour, potential buyers can do their own walkthrough of your property from anywhere at anytime, generating a higher engagement and interest. We have sold properties “site unseen” with this incredible technology!

Drone Video and Photos

We will create visual intrigue about your home and your neighborhood through the use of aerial photography. It has been proven that home listings with drone videos and photos are more likely to sell faster than those with standard photography. Our team will use drone imagery to market your home at no additional charge to you, no matter the price of your home. Home Staging and Improvements

Before we list your property, we will provide a professional stager to come to your home and offer insight into what can be done to help potential buyers better visualize how they can use the space in your home. Our stager will give you advice on making improvements as is or suggest options to make it look even better. We have found that professional staging typically increases a home’s selling price and makes it more likely to sell quickly. We will work with you to help you decide which staging and home improvement suggestions are best for your needs. Under no obligation, and through the use of the Compass Concierge program, Compass will pay for the upfront costs associated with home-selling improvements to be reimbursed at your property’s closing. Home preparation services may include staging, cosmetic improvements, painting, deep cleaning, landscaping, and decluttering.
